Rescheduling:

Please be sure to inform us about any rescheduling at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. This allows us to accommodate your request effectively and ensures a seamless experience for all participants.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking are not eligible for a refund but will receive store credit instead.

Credit Policy:

If you need to cancel after 48 hours of booking, you will receive store credit that can be applied toward a different course. Store credit is also transferable and can be gifted to another person.

To facilitate the transfer, we require verification of the original payment to ensure the security of the transaction. Please contact us to initiate the process and provide the necessary verification details.

Expiration of Credits

Credits obtained though rescheduling or cancellations are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the original class.

Class Changes by the Studio:

In the rare event that the studio needs to cancel or reschedule a class, we will make every effort to notify students promptly.
