Youssoufiani Leather Craftsmanship: Studio Policies for Classes & Purchases

Please review the policies below before completing your booking or purchase. These guidelines ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all clients.

1. Liability Waiver — Classes Only

Minors (Under 18):
A parent or guardian must sign a Liability Waiver before any student under 18 may attend a class.

Adults (18 and Over):
All students aged 18+ are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any class. Forms are provided at the studio.

2. Class Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel within 48 hours of booking:
You are eligible for a full refund.

Cancel after 48 hours of booking:
You will receive store credit, which may be applied toward any future class or gifted to someone else.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
Refunds or store credits are not available.

3. Class Rescheduling

Rescheduling is complimentary when requested at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.

Requests made within 12 hours of a class may not be accommodated due to preparation and staffing requirements.

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

4. Product Purchases — Leather Goods & Custom Items

Processing Time

All leather goods are handcrafted in our studio. Processing and preparation times vary by product, and the specific timeframe will be noted on each individual item page.

Shipping

Shipping timelines shown at checkout apply after the processing period.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Custom Orders (Initials, Hardware Color, etc.)

Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each piece is crafted individually according to the customer’s specifications.

Non-Custom Products

Unused, non-custom items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for either:

– A refund to the original payment method
or
– Store credit for a future item or workshop

Quality Standards

All Youssoufiani pieces are handcrafted using genuine leather. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are expected and are considered part of the character and uniqueness of each item.

5. Combined Acceptance

By booking a class or placing a product order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Class Policies and Product Purchase Policies outlined above.
